Drupal is a powerful and very flexible content management system, but with that it can be complex and at times very frustrating. However, Drupal arguably has the largest community of users and is willing to help with nearly any issue that you may run into.

The Drupal official documentation is very detailed and should be bookmarked by every Drupal content manager, developer and site administrator. Below is a subset of the documentation that I find myself revisiting frequently.

The Drupal official blog is regularly updated with news and information about the latest releases, new features, and Drupal events and security advisories as well as other topics related to Drupal.
Web Omelette blog run by Daniel Sipos, Drupal developer and author of the book Drupal 10 Module Development. I frequently visit this blog to see what new Drupal nuggets Daniel has to share with the community.
Lullabot was instrumental in my early education with Drupal 7 and continues to be insightful, not only on the topic of Drupal, but other web technologies as well.

DrupalSouth Wellington 2026 Opens Ironstar Community Awards Nominations
DrupalSouth Wellington 2026 will take place from 12 to 14 May in Wellington, New Zealand, alongside the Ironstar Community Awards, recognising contributions across the regional Drupal community. Nominations for key categories are open until 17 April 2026. The announcement gives community members time to submit entries and plan participation in the event.
Drupal Mountain Camp 2027 Set for 2–4 March in Davos
Drupal Mountain Camp will return for its sixth edition from 2 to 4 March 2027 in Davos, Switzerland. The early announcement gives the community time to plan travel, participation, and speaking proposals for the alpine event. Organisers say further details, including calls for speakers and sponsors, will follow.
QED42 Tutorial Explores Training Drupal Canvas AI Within Drupal CMS 2.0 Templates
A new tutorial by Akhil Babu of QED42 examines how Drupal Canvas AI can be trained to generate structured, design-consistent pages using Drupal CMS 2.0 site templates. The walkthrough focuses on reducing the gap between generic AI output and production-ready layouts by introducing “skills” that guide layout, spacing, and component use. The approach reflects a broader shift in Drupal toward template-driven site building combined with controlled AI generation.
